Debbie is a wonderful, responsible and professional manager. The price/location/furnishings are the best you'll find for a Studio in San Diego. Believe me, I've looked! Utilities are covered, pets allowed, free parking, fully furnished. Location is perfect...Ralph's, Starbucks and Chuy's Tacos are across the STREET. The neighborhood is friendly and eclectic, there are restaurants for any nationality, so it's a Foodie's Dream. Every store and service is close by, its a walking community. 1 mile to the 8, close & easy access to the 15 and 163. 5 miles to Balboa Park, 10 miles from downtown. College neighborhood, so go Aztecs!! The units are spotless, plenty of room for your stuff, if you're relocating. We were so fortunate to get a unit here, they're always full!
Manager is amazing and does a wonderful job. Very clean, not one roach or any other bugs. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a nice clean cozy room in a quiet well kept motel. Everyone is very considerate of one another and friendly as well. If I could give 10 stars I would.
